Tigers have been granted a bye to tour Asia and Fiji and could make the Test tour of Pakistan from October.

Wests Tigers players Matt Moylan, Scott Gumbleton, Anthony Milford and Dane Haylett-Petty have been fined a further $10,000 for punching one player in the face earlier this month.

This was a blow for the Lions, who were due to travel to Fiji on December 10.

“We’re a very fortunate side to be a part of the tour of Asia and Fiji,” said interim coach Paul McGregor.

“We’ll be playing at full strength all week with the majority of our back row players.”
